There are two things that bug me about this advertisement:
1) It’s blatant attempt to attract Chinese people. Just ask anyone Chinese about the 888 at the end of the price. Sheesh. Perhaps they should add .42 to attract the nerds 
2) The other pictures in this ad has this:
Isn’t that the same as saying: REMINDER: The house you are about to buy will look like ASS compared to the houses across the street. Thank you, -Seller
At least this person could have been decent enough to offer a free tear down.
