    It sold for 790K, what the Realtors arent telling you is this.

    They agree on a high sale price (and everyone knows this is overpriced) and then after the transaction is complete the buyer gets 100K+ kickback for the sale.

    Most likely the sale was for 690K.

    Why would the buyer do that? To pay more and get money back? Wouldnt they pay more in property tax?

    That’s just speculation by John. I don’t believe that that happened for a second. Just look at the neighborhood comps on Zillow.
