Speaking of which…NYT article (A Chill is in the Air for Sellers – http://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/09/business/09home.html?_r=1&oref=slogin ) was a bit harsh but interesting. SocketSite (www.socketsite.com) had a nice catch, though, and puts the NYT piece in perspective.

I live in this area. Everyday I drive by it’s been the same story. Every month, I see 12 to 15 “for sale” signs, after couple weeks they go down. Then, next month, they’re back up again. I see this for the last 1+ year maybe 2.
