You see the house with the white roof, right next to the freeway off-ramp intersection? That’s this gem right here. I used to live in the area and passed by the house almost daily. Sunday church traffic, no parking allowed in front of the house, plus the commute traffic means pulling in and out your own driveway will be an adventure to say the least. San Leandro traffic planning at its finest.
So, I guess that means this has easy access to the freeway and nearby churches. Pretty special if you ask me!

I went by the place again today, there’s an open house this Sunday! It’ll be interesting to see, due to the traffic flow to and from the church. It took me 15 minutes to get to the freeway from the end of Beatrice Street after church was out!
