    When I’m doing home research I’m always surprised at how small some can get. I think the smallest I’ve seen are in the 500s but I could be wrong …

    It’s also right on Central Expressway. The other side of Central is a major industrial center. It used to be a Westinghouse plant – I’m not sure who owns it now. If you zoom in on the map, you’ll see a bunch of streets like “Birch”, “Cedar”, “Acacia”, etc. Those are in the “Victory Village” development and were thrown up quickly in 1944-45 to house workers at that plant during WWII. I believe they used to make things like electrical transformers there, so the soil is probably chock full of PCBs and other wholesome ingredients.
