The picture in this blog is nice compared to what gthe house looks like now. The trees are bare of leaves, making the tree branches even more scary. Year-round hounted house! Plus, that palm tree is about 200 feet tall - its insanely tall - it should be cut down. Down the street from this house in high density apartment housing. I have nothing against apartments, but for the price of this house - what a wreck. I went by this home this past weekend (12/31/06). I can't imagine someone reading a listing will read "1 Shower over Tub" and need some guidance as to whether it also has "1 Tub" as well, but these Realtors® are the experts.
