Wow, ain’t that gorgeous.
Makes me feel awful for that transfer to Austin I have lined up at the end of the year. But hey, it is Austin and not “special” like the Bay Area.
Incidentally folks, if a Bay Area resident can look at that property and agree it is worth the list price, its not the Bay Area that’s “special”, it’s you.

Come on Jason of SoCal, everyone knows the South Bay is special. There should be half a dozen first time buyers bidding up that place!!!. Only half a mil, that’s a “steal” in the Bay Area.
