Gosh, I really wish there were interior pictures. I’d love to see how the 6+ bedrooms are configured. Glad to see that they got rid of the graffiti though!

Guess what guys?!?! i used to live there! im was a college kid at sjsu..cheap rent..cheapest ive ever paid anywhere..hated it..landlord sucked..blah blah..had major parties there…the funniest thing when it came to the end of our lease terms we were willing to resign but the landlord wanted to raise the rent…so we moved…this was back in sept of 2006…guess he never got it rented…anyway place had no heat/ac…crappy water pressure..paper thin walls and one weird open area..
