You do realize of course, that if sold, a major price reduction in the area is CONSIDERED AN ANOMALY and NOT used by appraisers when appraising homes being purchased in the area. Only HUGE PRICE INCREASES are taken into account set the NEW HIGHER VALUE!!!!!
