Who the F@#$ is buying these houses? I mean these prices are out of control!!!!!
I think it would be fun to have a roving burbed reporter that interviewed buyers of the homes featured here. Find out what they paid, what their loan is like, and possibly there socio-economic background. That data would just be so interesting.
sanjose.com used to show sale prices of homes in Santa Clara County, however it seems their webmaster is an idiot. (or I’m and idiot) The listings seem to have been messed up for a while.

What happened? Seems pretty likely that that thar pick up truck had a run-in with that thar brink house, and the house lost in the wrangling…
