I mean these prices are out of control!!!!! I think it would be fun to have a roving burbed reporter that interviewed buyers of the homes featured here. Find out what they paid, what their loan is like, and possibly there socio-economic background. That data would just be so interesting. sanjose.com used to show sale prices of homes in Santa Clara County, however it seems their webmaster is an idiot.
