Great first time homebuyer home!
Open today Sunday from 1;30pm to 4;30pm. Sold “as-is”. Good size lot.

This Single Family Residence has the following features:
MLS#: 709717 Approx Age: 58 Years Approx Sq Ft: 750
Detached Single Family Bi/Split Level Traditional
2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom 1 Shower over Tub

Let’s overlook the fact that this is right near a major street and a major freeway. Let’s overlook the fact that it’s in East Palo Alto.

Can you over look the fact that the listing agent somehow managed to say that this home is great for first time buyers, and that it’s a good size lot (presumably for tearing down)?

And this, my friends, is why you’re not a Realtor(R).

She could have at least highlighted the sporting events that would occur – drive by shootings, gang beatings?! I mean if you live in East Palo Alto, imagine all that you would have to see and do in a fine neighborhood like this. Count the 20 car pile ups with your children- oh my, the possibilities for learning abound!

Bought for 875,000 in 11/96. Owners make me move price is 3,000,000 for a total working house profit of 2,125,000 in 10 years.
Thats 212,500 per year. That house is a hell of a worker. Why would they decide to let it stop working for them now? Maybe the house is tired of all lat
