Now, I don’t know much about Colma… and maybe it’s just an optical illusion – but am I the only one who’s worried that everything would constantly be sliding over to the right in this house?
Gotta love that garage though – you can easily turn the top of it into a 3rd bedroom!

Actually, if you sell rides on the “Tilt a House”, you might have a chance of making it cash flow positve.

Yes, I agree with TNTinCA. You could always turn the home into a tourist attraction, “Mystery Spot- Colma”

There’s an electromagnetic field surrounding the overhead cables that is attracting the house. Any real estate agent knows that.

Be nice, that’s a post-war house! (Post Spanish-American War, that is.)
When that house was built, all of Colma would have been covered in brussel sprouts, artichokes, and dairies. Several large families have probably been raised in that house over the years. Imagine raising four kids in that house.
Wonder if there’s any remains of the outhouse in the backyard? That would boost it to 2 bedrooms.

Colma is where SF buries its dead. Make of that what you will.
