This is a mixed residential area, lots of duplexes, apartments and condo/townhomes, as well as SFRs. But even at $100,000 off, that seems really high for this piece of “property.” Maybe they knocked the house down for you, so they knocked the price down, too? Maybe it went up in a ball of flames from the crack they were smoking when they priced the “house”? One can only imagine.
