Some houses simply sell themselves – and this is a house. It does come with some really interesting street art – I believe it’s authentic! Also, you’ll save on cooling costs by not having pesky windows. Al Gore would be proud of you – thanks for reducing your carbon footprint!

Come on Realtor, get creative, pump that place up. You Know: ” Handyman’s Special!!”, ” Instant Equity !!”, ” Pick out your own Carpets and Drapes!!”,
” Great Potential !!!!”. They could have at least put some fake potted plants out front. I’d love to hear from some Bay Area Realtors how they would put lipstick on this PIG. God, I miss the Bay Area, it is so SPECIAL !!!!!!!!!! ( 10 exclamation points, count’em).

Figuring 2 1/2 X income to determine affordability, you’d need household income of around 140K to make payments on that. Sweet.

That’s not true, you only need $108,000 if you put 10% down… $98k if you put 20% down.

The lot is four one-hundredths of an acre…for crying out loud! Oh wait, I just saw that the lister translated that into square footage for us…the LOT’s square footage is less than a lot of homes. As Frank Barone used to say, “Holy crap!”…

Don’t forget the gorgeous grey bush out front…a little spot of nature you can look out on from your “eat-in kitchen”…a real bargain.
