lol – 2.5 years and only a $4,000 price reduction! Now there is one motivated seller. Then again, the list price is below the 2004 purchase price; they must figure inflation will catch up sooner or later.

Zillow has this pegged at $311k. That might still be too high.

Thanks Burbed, for showing my old ‘hood. East side San Jo, Y Que. Huge lot, pesky grass, nothing that a few yards of concrete can’t fix. Then you got parking for at *least* 4 illegal families. Best of all you are right next to James Lick High. Your kids can go to the worst highschool in the south bay. Viva San Jo!
