It should! I posted this just yesterday! Earlier in the month, this was a $499k for 576 square foot hous – that was great for 2 people.
Well clearly the owners have come to their senses and have hiked this to the appropriate $1000 per square foot price.
Phew. That was a close one. They almost got robbed!
Better buy now! Next year this will be $1500 per square foot.

I assume that is 2 homes for 2 families ( of Hobbits or similar munchkin like people). The 1 bed/1 bath home of 576 sq feet and the garage converted to 3bed/2bath. The garage must be huge if it is bigger than the house. I assume that is a picture of the house as I don’t see a ” closed off” garage door in that picture. J at IHB and HFF, why are you so picky? Haven’t you heard the saying: ” Close enough for gov’t work”, or “close enough for hand grenades and atom bombs”! Buy this property now or you will be priced out forever!!
