“Reliably finding the least attractive houses available, every day”

Curbed SF featured Burbed today! Here’s what they had to say:

Curbed SF: Thursday PM Links
Reliably finding the least attractive houses available, every day

Oh come on… not all the houses are unattractive. This one was pretty nice:

That house looked pretty good, wouldn’t you agree?

What’s funny is that we used to think that was expensive – but really, it’s not even $1000 per square foot. Chump change.

In any case, thanks Curbed SF!

  1. J at IHB and HFF Says:

Does the power company know that a Realtor ™ is trying to sell one of its sub-stations?

  2. Area 51 Says:

    They asked $764,900.
They got $808,000, in Mar, 2006. Must have been a bidding war or mortgage fraud cash back.
So it really did sell for >$1000/SF.
Now worth $925,000. ($50,000 drop in last 30 days, per Zillow)
Somebody paid $808,000 for that cracker box.
Somebody paid $808,000 for that cracker box???
Some bank loaned someone a pile of money for that cracker box????
    In 2006.
With that $50k drop every 30 days, the bank is gonna be in tears when the owner mails in his keys.

This house was on burbed last year… I remember it.
