What does this mean? Is this listing still up just to mess with people? Is it a trap to see how many people will still give offers even though it’s almost a month too late?

Either they didn’t get the offers they were looking for or this is an agent that is looking for more leads. As we found out when we bought our house, many agents will leave the house on MLS all the way up to close just to get people to call them for more information. When they call, they’ll say that the house they called about is pending, but they have other listings available.

This usually happens if the house is nicer than others in the neighborhood or is priced below market.

    Keywords:

Marble, Travertine, Stainless Steel Appliances!!! Where do I sign? That alone justifies the million dollar price.
