Man, I’m sure glad the description says it’s so good that I don’t need to preview it. Clearly this has worked out since this house has been on sale since 2/12.

But still, if you were plunking down $560k for a house, wouldn’t you want to at least inspect the steel bars on the door? Or check out the kitchen?

    Wow,
    I lost count of all the punctuation, spelling and grammatical errors, I figured they need the $30,000 commission just to get their GED.
    But OHHHH the concrete backyard……(drooooool)

    Isn’t “no need to preview” an instruction to the broker that they can trust that the house is worth showing without visiting it ahead of tiem, not a note that the *buyer* shouldn’t look…?

    The ad doesn’t mention that this house is 1 mile from Elmwood Jail? That’s a selling point right there!

    A bit of local history. The original name of Milipitas was Mille Putas - 1000 whores, because there were so many houses of prostitution located there. I don’t know when Miliptas’ respectable citizens changes the name.
    Placerville cleaned up its name too. It was originally called Hangtown.

    No need to preview because the Realtor® probably knows that the smell would drive away all potential buyers.
