Milpitas is so prime, so special, so great weather that I just had to share this house with you. You see, it sold on 4/4/2007, for $525,000. And then, the new owners wanted to give back to the community, by allowing you to buy it – so they put on the market on 5/22/2007 for $599,900.
That’s just $1,560 appreciation per day – nothing out of the ordinary for a place as special as Milpitas. Besides, just look at some of the other photos:
Huh? Huh? Yeah – that’s right. I knew that was going to get your attention. Now you see it don’t you.
This house is going to sell for no less than $718,000. How did I get that price? Why – the standard Bay Area benchmark: $500 per square foot.
Seriously – this might be your last chance to buy in Milpitas. Overbid today! Don’t miss out on your $1,560 per day appreciation!

Did you see the backyard of weeds mixed with asphalt? And the schitzophrenic kitchen?

the above house is a burn-down as far as I am concerned. Bulldoze it and build something new on the property…since the structure is over fifty years old there is likely no part of it worth preserving. The satellite view of the neighborhood from Google Maps looks pretty good…there’s a house with a pool about 200 feet down the street. That just confirms that this should be a teardown…

What’s really so special about this place is that neighbors let you borrow their nice white picket fence & the flowers.
