Wow. $959,999 for this. Yes, Mountain View really is the Fortress(TM) of prices.

By Fussy Buyers, the Realtor means: “People who love the sound of trains, the inability to back out of your driveway due to traffic, and easy access to sidewalk churros vendors.”  In fact, that’s exactly what a “Grat Area” is! See? You just learned a new term today!

I love the $999 price ending. You’re probably paying extra for this shot:

That is the ‘ass end’ of Mountain View. That’s where the gangs hang, and have for the last decade or three. It’s not going to gentrify any time soon.

This house is also near ” ECT”. To medical types ECT stands for electroconvulsive therapy. It’s good to know ECT is close by because after you wake up from the realtor induced haze you were in while signing the loan papers for this POS, you will be so depressed no drug made by modern medicine will get you out of that funk. You will gladly trot on down to the ECT shop for a little push of the ” reset button”. : )

How do you like that cross shadow on the side of the garage? Makes it look at little like a cemetary in the yard. Hey, could that be an extra source of income? Sort of like “extra parking” in a way….

Look at that http://www.movoto.com link: price has already dropped to $939,888. Maybe it is just a Friday 13 sale and it will be over a million next Monday… The price also does not end on $999 any more. It looks like the seller felt that 999 was not a lucky number for him – no multiple offers on the house so far.

  5. $20k price cut on 14 year old Mountain View house - now affordable! [Burbed.com] Says:

[...] Between soaring incomes, and some price trims, Mountain View is getting affordable. For example, this house was featured on Burbed about a year ago as well: [...]
