Here’s another reason why the Bay Area is prime:

That’s right – in case you were living in your cube (which many of you may be) – it turns out there’s a lot more men than women here in the Bay Area. Compared to… say… New York.
That’s a good thing for house prices since men tend to earn more (due to whatever phenomenon), that means they can spend more on housing.
Look at New York – it’s laughable! They’re going down hard.

The funny thing is that stat may be even worse based on what you actually look for in a female. If for example you prefer caucasian women, you’re really up a creek without a paddle. You’re in a much better position if you prefer asian, latina, and indian women.
