Actually I was going to say that this house looked “right” because the garage was in the back. This probably reflects East Coast preferences – where people come first, not cars.

It looks like a manufactured house whose garage did not come in time so they had to erect it in the back. This house is becoming a foreclosure (check APN: 279-46-040) and price appears to be $950K. Good price for listening to highway 17 all day and when you are bored you can pay attention to the train tracks nearby.

Having to write contracts for a living, the piss poor language in real estate ads is embarrassing. I just don’t feel comfortable doing a 7-figure deal with someone who can’t spell, doesn’t know punctuation and thinks CAPS and !!!!! will make me buy sooner.
