I’m not sure how this is the Best Value considering that this is $891 per square foot, but it certainly does have Nice Curb Appeal! That’s why the photo is so tightly cropped to the house – with its beautiful electrical box right on the side.
BTW, this house sold in 2005 for $605,000. So if this sells for $639,000 – the current owner will barely break even. So better stop by soon, it won’t last long (even though it’s been on the market since 5/1!)

That actually does look nice compared to the usual things that get posted for such a low, low price.

I don’t really think I deserve a home in Sunnyvale. I mean it is just such a high honor to have the offer to buy a Sunnyvale home bestowed upon me.

Thank god it has an inside laundry area. I hate doing laundry outside…….

Back in 1995, I squawked at paying $300K for a Silicon Valley cottage. That cottage was sold as a teardown for over $750K in 2005. I didn’t buy it then and missed out on the $750K.
Now that reality is at least being discussed, it’s refreshing. I wish it wasn’t at the expense of nice people who just had no clue what they were doing.

OMG,this is smaller then my last ONE bedroom apartment that I paid about $800 bucks for (it was 900 sq ft BTW)!!!
Are the people in the bay area all shrinking to fit into smaller spaces or what?!??!

After you subtract out the $38,000 in 6% agent fees, it counts as a loss!

It’s a bargain compared with $1,099K for 770 sq.ft. in Santa Monica! Guess Sunnyvale is less special.
