22% price cut in Millbrae

Wowsers – a 22% price cut. Unbelievable. Doesn’t this person know he’s ruining for the rest of us?
Well, fortunately this is in Millbrae – which is special, don’t get me wrong, and it’s right next to caltrain and power lines, which is special still – but it’s not super super special. Know what I mean?
Zillow says the owner paid $476,275 on 8/21/2006. Sounds like a loss to me.

Hey, it won’t be a “loss” until it sells. Wonder how they came up with the original, inflated $614,900 price tag to begin with.

Can someone explain to me the driveway molded into the sidewalk concrete, heads right into the front yard?
Anyway it’s just so cute all nestled under the wires and watchful eyes of the subsidized apartments next door.
Oh and BTW Burbed, for the 3rd time now you did it again! As you wrote, the price dropped.
