It turned out the straw and wood houses Mr. Wolf was agenting for had closing problems. It turned out the previous owners, Mr. Pig and his brother, Mr. Pig, are missing presumed dead, and their houses were destroyed. Insurance agents suspect the abodes were "huffed and puffed 'til they're blooooown down". I’d be very careful buying this brick house from this agent.
