For example, there’s almost an e-mail per day from Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate. During the better days, these e-mails would shout out great news about the San Francisco real estate market – about how now was a great time to buy or sell a home.

Rumor has it that their next Press Release will talk about how some of their agents have lowered their triglycerides – another stunning accomplishment that will help you buy or sell a home.

I think it’s a class where you learn Public Speaking (like how to give a toast, or a lecture)
