Unincorporated? Really? It’s not far from Alum Rock & White. Then again:
Water Sources: City/Public Water, Private/Mutual Water
OMG. I think we have a winner here.

There’s no quicker way to move your half-million dollar property than have typos in the ad. Good job, agent.

It’s worth looking at the other pictures they provide. Other than the front-of-house one, there’s a picture of the fence, some big building under construction, a sign…

Don’t be so cynical; that’s a beautiful fence!

No, no, you’ve got it backwards–the place is away from “SCHLS, PARKS, NEW LIBRARY, YOUTH CENTER, CUMMUTING, SHOPPING”. It’s not near any of that stuff.
Indeed, that’s an interesting advertising technique! My house is (not) near San Francisco’s beautiful Golden Gate Park. My house is (not) near the beach.

As far as commuting goes, it’s close to one of the most congested stretches of 680, and Alum Rock Ave itself is always gridlocked to hell and back. So you can enjoy one of the region’s worst commutes, then come home every night to your rustic East San Jose shack, drink your sweet well water and beat your wife. The American dream!

So, what exactly are the barriers to entry into the Realtor business? Suit? Check! Clipboard? check! Computer access? (pats library card) Check! Basic literacy and numeracy, hey, we’ll work on that once we’ve made some sales…

Fatlimey: Well, from the looks of things you also have to be an Asian woman. That could be a deal-breaker.

This house obviously was targeted at a budding porn star family. Those are the only types of people I know of that Cummute.
