This Single Family Residence has the following features:
MLS#: 733678 Approx Age: 55 Years Approx Sq Ft: 1176
Detached Single Family 1 Story Cottage/Bungalow
3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 1 Shower over Tub

Let me add the tag for the realtor: “Won’t last long.”

Yeah, this house might need some TLC.

What’s very interesting is its records on zillow:

 Sale History
04/11/2007:     $533,250
11/16/2004:     $460,000
12/20/2002:     $373,000

Looks like a pricing mistake to me. There’s no doubt in my mind that this house will sell for at least $575,000 – and will sell next year for $675,000. Buy it today – $73,000 instant equity!

OK location, close to the Santa Clara onramp to 101 but far enough from the freeway din. But what’s going on next door? There’s a large flatbed truck right behind the fence. http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&ss=yp.159%20S%2033RD%20ST%2C%20san%20jose&cp=q6r70c4vbq90&style=o&lvl=2&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=5911508&encType=1

The printing mistakes are all over the place! On RedFin they have a ridiculous price of $412,900 for this house! The first digit must have been “6”, but the stupid realtor mistyped it.

[…] – sometimes I create posts up to a few weeks ahead of time before posting. The house that showed up this morning is one of them. And apparently, the price has gone down even further – so now it’s even a better buy! […]
