Burbed doesn’t venture into Morgan Hill very often, but this deal caught his attention. Wow… No money down and no payments for 6 months. This is pretty awesome. It’s like living for free – in Morgan Hill!
Zillow shows that this house was last sold on 02/02/2005 for $515,000 meaning that the seller might just break even after 2.5 years. Or may be not. But since it didn’t go up much, now’s your chance to scoop it and flip it. Morgan Hill’s the next Los Altos Hills. Don’t be priced out forever!

I didn’t think banks were funding ‘no money down’ loans anymore.

Waiting: It depends on the borrower. Someone with plenty of income and available assets could probably swing a no-money-down loan, particularly if the borrower has a savings account at the same bank.
“No payments for six months”…how does that work, exactly? Is this like that $30K “rebate” deal that burbed posted last week? (i.e. Stupid Agent Tricks) I mean, I could certainly make no payments for six months just by not writing checks!
Actually, this doesn’t seem like that bad of a deal…if you don’t mind commuting all the way from Morgan Hill, that is.

MMMM, I like the long drive way for an RV and did take a look at that HOTT Kitchen?! Straight out of 1976, eh?!

I’ve been commuting all the way from Morgan Hill to Burlingame for the past week because I was displaced by an apartment fire. It’s not pretty. At least we have Caltrain – three times a day!
