Are you Sam Alsaaty’s client/customer?

If you do business with Sam Alsaaty, you might want to be aware. I got this email from him today:

Good Afternoon,

I was just looking at your web site, I have a number of clients searching online for a  mortgage company in that area. I’m looking for a reputable lending source that I can direct these clients to.

I do not work as a referral agency or lead broker. I am looking to send my clients to one appropriate mortgage firm by showing them a relevant web site when they are searching for a company who is able to meet their needs. Your site definitely looks like a strong fit for what we do.

Based on what I see on your site, I think you might be a good fit. I have a couple of questions though, as I like to know who I’m working with…

How long have you been in business?

Have you ever had any Better Business Bureau(BBB) complains in the past 6 months?

I’ll be working on finding a source for my clients all day today. So, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Thank You,
Sam “Sammy” Alsaaty

It’s generally not a good sign if you’re asking Burbed if it’s a mortgage company…

You should go along with it and see how far it goes.. ;)

Tell him it costs $500 bucks to get into your referral program, but that you pay a half point on all referrals that lead to a funded loan.
