New California affordable housing – easy access to freeway
They say it was an accident – but really it was an accidental discovery for a great new way to build affordable housing in California, with easy access to freeways.
You just know that if this was on 280 or 85, it would be at least $450,000. (A little less if it were on 380.)

I also noticed the new home has pre-installed urban art! What a steal!

Hollywood Freeway – that’s 101. Then again, today’s San Jose house is about the same distance from 101, it’s just that 101 is more special in San Jose than it is in Los Angeles.

From the article: “There’s no hard-and-fast rule about how long a house can sit on the side of a freeway.” Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally?

My question is… why the hell would anybody want to MOVE that house?

If he paid $650,000 for it, then he must have picked it up off of 101 in Sausalito.
