They say that with global warming, weather patterns will be more extreme. That’s why this house is set for the future – by boarding up the windows ahead of time, that’s one less thing you’ll need to take care of when the next tornado or hurricane strikes San Jose.

Peace of mind isn’t something that you can always buy – but you can certainly try at $511 per square foot at this house!

Your right. You can’t always buy piece of mind. But in this case you can certainly buy a piece of s**t.

    This isn’t a foreclosure? That’s surprising.

  3. DensityDuck Says:

It disgusts me that someone can put a $460k price tag on that house with a straight face. Do they honestly expect that anyone’s going to go there?

Can someone please explain this to me?

    “1 Tub Eat in Kitchen”

Is that one of those all-in-one Japanese-style combination tub/dining-table/toilet thingies?

Or is it one of those countryfide situations with the tub located in the kitchen?

Or are they trying to suggest I can eat a candle-lit dinner while soaking in my luxurious bathtub……..relaxing to the peaceful lullabies of the busiest freeway intersection in the Bay Area?

    Just like the Cialis advert?
