When I was a kid I liked to doodle and would draw houses, sometimes they would look like this. Of course as an adult, after 5 or 6 beers, I could draw up plans for this place!!!

It looks like a slapdash fourplex. Hey, that’s it – this isn’t just a house – it’s an income opportunity! Every SJSU student gets a free pass on VTA, so they can just walk out the door, hop on the train and still make it in time for those 7:30am biology labs.
