Originally I was going to comment on the number of cars in this picture – and how this house will help your family own 1.1 cars per person (as per Californian law.)
But then I noticed this on Zillow: Sale History 7/28/2005: $960,000
Youch! Is this for real? What’s the scoop here?

Hee. Look at all those ending nines! Are they selling a house, or selling gasoline?

This makes sense. Remember, San Jose isn’t part of the ‘official’ Bay Area now.
San Jose is like the black sheep of the family. It’s like an ungrateful step-child that demands $250 jeans when a family can only afford to shop at a second hand store.

This is about a block from yesterday’s house. Somebody got taken for a ride big-time.

Make that last Friday’s. Too early in the morning!

THAT house once sold for nearly $1M?
Less than 1000 square feet, a concrete yard, an ugly-ass chain link fence and a garage that sticks out in front of the house?
This is seriously one of the most maddening things I’ve seen on this site.

Actually, I’m not seeing it in the MLS listings anymore…the MLS-2 link doesn’t work and I can’t find it in any other search. I think someone just typed the wrong number…

The two I see for sale on Sunny Ct in San Jose are 1202 and 1160 Sunny Ct. This one doesn’t come up under active listings.

Tom Brown, I stick my tongue out at you. I hit enter twice. I’m a spaz. You have something against spazzes?

They can remove the listing, by taking it “off” the market.

it’s “off” whether it’s on the market or not.

I am wondering how did they manage to squeeze 3 bedrooms into 938 sq. ft. There should not be enough space to put beds in those bedrooms. I rent 2 bedroom with about the same footage and would not say that I have huge bedrooms or living room…

mv_dude: The listing says “Dining Area in Family Room”. I’d guess that this used to be a 2br/2ba, and a previous owner put up a wall separating the former dining room into its own room; the “Family Room” is what used to be the dining area.
Also, it could be that the “third bedroom” is in the “bonus room”–and the bonus room is a non-permit addition that isn’t included in the square footage.

Just wanted to double-check it’s off market – It was canceled.
Also in our “Agent only” access, the disclosure of “Seller is Licensed R.E. Agent” (but was not the listing agent)

MLS-2 feeds updates to burbed. Too funny! Yoot!

It’s all about closing the loop.
