That’s right! This house needs your help - but it has new stucco. Man, I hate it when new stucco gets in the way. Personally I would’ve thought it’d be the hanging lights that would get in the way of getting help - go figure.
So won’t you please help the owner? After all, it is a “lender approval”.

You’re getting quite a deal btw — according to Zillow:  Sold 08/29/2006: $650,000

Buy it today, and it’ll jump back to $650k. You heard it here first!

Are year-round Christmas lights the new lawn gnomes?

You forgot to mention the converted garage/meth lab with easy front door access. All your neighbors will be envious!

Mlslisting shows the price of 485.9K now. That is 25% drop from the last sale price. Is San Jose still in the bay area?

  5. DensityDuck Says:

Ahahaha. Sorry guys, trowelling sidewalk cement all over the wall doesn’t count as “stucco”!

Stucco is 3 step process. 1.scratch 2.brown 3.finish. Looks like the plasterers (if they really were plasterers,) bailed out between step two and three…………

  9. Norcalboomer Says:

QUICK, BUY IT NOW and pick out YOUR OWN exterior COLORS!!!!!!!! Given the Xmas ornamentation I would politely suggest green with red trim. :)
