Actually, here’s a wacky theory: The place is currently a rental property, and the owner is trying to sell it out from under the renters.

I think the Realtor is trying to send a subliminal message. Everyone knows red cars get more tickets for speeding ( usually teenagers or young 20 something males). Therefore a red car out front means ” this thing goes fast”, therefore ” this house will be sold fast”, so you better make an offer PRONTO, before some other lucky stiff beats you to it. See, that’s why Realtors make the BIG BUCKS!!!!!
