Ha! The posting has expired on CL but it lives on here!
There are no really nice areas around Google. The closeness to Google can be an advantage though, since not owning a car is a good financial decision. I’m guessing the idea is to full the house with about 10 people, each paying $300 rent, a bay area bargain! Plenty of minimum-wage jobs in bus/bike range around there. Wide streets for easy turn-arounds are crucial at times for those illegal businesses like drug dealing, so it’s considerate of the offerer to mention that.
Stierlin Estates sounds like a mobile home park but maybe that’s just me.

esr: Heh. It would be a sort of hangar bay for day laborers.

Stierlin Estates is the neighborhood between Middlefield, Shoreline, Moffett, and Central Expressway. There IS a trailer park there.
