MOVE IN CONDITION

If there’s one thing I like more than garages with windows, it’s drive by (photo) shootings. This is another great example.

Move in today! It’s ready for you! Just ignore the fact that the Realtor taking this photo chose this photo as the main one.

Oh wait… there’s another photo! Maybe that will enlighten us on the condition of the house! Let’s take a look, shall we…

Oh. Right. Of course! It’s taken from the neighbor’s property. Well at least we get a good shot of where the garage is. It’s a nice barricade from the street in case there’s a real drive by shooting I suppose.

The first photo looks like the back lot of a city facility, I’d say maybe the jail but those look classier. This looks like the place where they keep the trucks that go out and check the water valves etc.

The 2nd photo shows this fine property for what it is – a meth lab all ready for you to step in and take over this turnkey operation and fine opportunity because…. RE always goes up!

It looks like they glued together a few of the trailers they used for my high school classes while they were doing construction.

Yeah, I remember those, they called them “Portables” – that’s why this reminds me of a city gov’t facility because those use “Portables” a lot.

Maybe it’s made out of job site sheds?
