Having a $2.614 million dollar house in Cupertino? Priceless
More important, this house is located on Lomita - the street with the house that made Burbed.com famous. You, of course, remember this house from February 21, 2006 right?
Just think - if you had bought that house for $764,900 back then, you could’ve probably sold it for $1.3 million today.
It’s true what they say… real estate really is a can’t lose investment in the Bay Area (and by Bay Area, I mean Cupertino).

What’s so great about Crappertino?

I love how the listing is trying to sell us a house that literally does not exist. “Hey guys, here is a description of a house that might exist at some future point!”

Don’t worry, some chinese gambler will snap it up tomorrow. Groupthink is a powerful force.

Thank you for answering my question of “Who would be stupid enough to buy this THING?”
Only in the Bay Area I guess?

Why is this ad newsworthy? Where’s Senor Cardgage?

More than an year ago I met one happy car salesman, who happened to be chinese. He was bragging about 5 houses he bought in Cupertino. Regular crap about investment and retirement in Hawaii. Funny enough, he was trying to talk us into not buying a car and buying house instead.
When I’m driving buy that dealership I want to stop by and check what’s up with him these days.

What’s wrong with you people?
Last post was about Mountain View illegals and now Cupertino’s problem is Chinese?
I can understand the bitterness of facing the housing problem in the BA, but being a bigot does not solve your problem.
Do people here have any clue why we are in this mess? And yes there were no illegals before 2003 (when the toxic credit and the abnormal spike started) and there were no Chinese in Cupertino back then. Sweat!
