Wow… this house totally kicks the Bay Area’s ass. Could it be that Toronto is more special that Mountain View?
How do we compete against this??
Especially with our dollar being worth so little these days!

Looks to me like the best feature here is the two parking spaces! Also perfect for daytime sexual liasons for married? persons. Quite a bit of privacy…
Look out Mountain View.

Exactly the reason we sold in the East Bay, and took the profits and bought a place in Toronto…
For less than $600,000, we got a 2,000 square foot house built in 1892, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a roof deck, a basement apartment we rent out to pay the $900 mortgage per month (!), within minutes of the subway – and located right downtown – which in Canada is a GOOD thing… Can walk to most things in a city of a 5 million people.
