DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH* TWO STORY HOME IN ROUGH CONDITION WITH DEFFEED MAINTENENCE**VALUE IS THE LAND**LARGE FLAT LOT IN NEIGHBORHOOD OF NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES*GREAT CANDIDATE FOR BUILD/REMODEL
Frankly, I’m not sure what “DEFFEED MAINTENENCE” is – is that when you starve the house so that it doesn’t gain weight?
In any case, that’s not why Burbed reader Sandi sent this to me – here’s what she had to say:
Here is another gem…especially photo # 8 of 9…gotta love the owners,
1 laying on the bed and the other in the recliner. Looks like they can’t get up. MLS # 760244
Hm, let’s take a look!
Hm. Nothing unusual so far – just another classic reminder to potential buyers of how Bay Area houses don’t need any further investment once you buy them… let’s keep going…
Found ‘em!
So… are they included with the purchase price? Or not? One wonders!
Thanks Sandi!

SUPERSIZE ME!!!
Whoa. Awesome. You sure could get a lot more trailers on the lot. Like a FEMA camp without the razor-wire fences. By the looks of this place, the razor wire would be to keep the owners IN instead of the intruders OUT… Perfect for illegal alien processing center. Lord knows, we need more cheap labor…
The Death of America continue to unfold.

Damn. good thing the Internet doesn’t come with Smellovision!
I don’t think the people there can say in an MLS listing that you get their sex-slavery labor or any other illicit activity right out in front, it’s a sort of wink-wink nudge-nudge sort of thing. Otherwise I think in good Craigslist fashion I think you’d see the gal’s hooters and the guy’s joystick so you’d know what you’re getting.

Jesus. Another 10K house on an 840K lot. Yet another seller who’s trying to sell future development opportunity…

2580 square feet? They must be including the size of the trailer. I grew up in a 2500 square foot house.. it was a split-level, but still, no way is that bigger.

Most likely owners is not able to pay mortgage anymore and he made some kind of deal with lender to put the home in market.
One of my ex-colleague saw similar situation when he was looking for home. He saw residents are lying on bed watching TV, intentionally taking long time bathroom so that potential buyers cannot see it, making kitchen as dirty as possible. Basically they don’t want the bank to be able to sell the home. They would rather wait for county sheriff to come with court order and kick them out. But that is 3-4 months down the line. Atleast they decided to stay in that home for that period. They don’t want home to be sold before that. Eventually this home will be foreclosed.

Boooo wa wa wa…. there’s no one in the bathroom!!!! What about a house that comes with inhabitant sitting in the toilet, now THAT would be really cool for Smellovision.
Oh, and a few gnomes in the yard for good measure please (eating fries and a burger)

Please note the disco ball in the room, picture 3rd down on the left. That room also appears to be window-free. And it looks like a plastic (or plasticized) sheet on top of the bed.
What kind of sick, kinky sex is that hot, hot couple into?

Hmm… is link broken?

It needs a wall or two done in mirrored “tiles” and a sink full of dirty dishes, a few of which are highball glasses with a picture of a drunk cat that say “Happiness is a tight pussy”.
And lots of avocado green.

They’ve cleaned up the yard quite a bit and check out your neighbors: four cars, a trailer and a converted garage apt in the backyard.

This adds fuel to my assertion that campbell is just a glorified pit of white trash. Hahahahaha.
November 29th, 2007 at 11:31 pm
And trailer trash.

Haha being white and having lived in a trailer in the past, I was going to say that, The Bay Area – Even Our Trailer Trash Are Special.

That photo directly to the left of the one with the people in it… is that mold all over the walls? And something is horribly awry with that ceiling fan.
The closer I look at the photos, the more scared I get.
November 30th, 2007 at 2:24 pm
Also, note how the ceilings are unfinished drywall with unsanded spackle. No doubt that’s a home-improvement project that started six or seven years ago, but the guy’s planning to get around to it any day now…
