Description – 7249 DOWDY, Gilroy,CA,95020
Investors special! You have to see it to believe it. Freshly painted. New carpets coming later this week. Ready for your renters. Non-conforming separate living unit (3/2) in back detached 2-car garage with individual access. R-3 zoning. Large lot with alley access, ample parking area, front and rear lawn areas, private patio, and much more. Not a short sale! Bank owned.
Haha. I bet you thought this was an unbelievable deal in the Bay Area – fooled ya!
It’s still a pretty good deal, after all, Gilroy used to be in the Bay Area – and it might be allowed back if it is able to abide by the Bay Area Code of Conduct (Rule #1: Never lower your home prices.) Maybe in 2010?
But for now, this house was last sold waaaaaaaaaaay back when in August 21, 2007 for $536,135.
Great deal if you ask me. Not to mention that this house is ready for your renters!

“Investors [sic] special!” FUCK YOU. ‘Investor’s specials’ are what got us into this mess in the first place.

OK so it’s a house …. with another “unconventional” 3/2 unit in the back yard?
Gilroy needs agricultural workers! Fill it with family and send your kids to an Ag school, it’s the future!

This is a foreclosed house. The last sale was a Trustee’s sale. The previous owner bought it for 58K in 1988, and then HELOC-ed to hell.

It might be worth $58k……..

Ready for my renters?! But they won’t cover the mortgage! What to do, what to do?

Wow. I have to live on a road called DOWDY.

Hmm.. walk to Caltrain or to the Garlic Festival, but not too close to either. What’s the problem exactly?

Note to Current Owner:
Insure it for what you can and call Blazenheimer or Burnupski for help…
Maybe Senior El Presidente Jorge Bushco can bail out insurance fraud as well (with no taxpayer money of course…).
Happy Depression!
