    WOWWWW!
    What a sweet investment. Let’s imagine for a second a rate of inflation of 2.5%/ year which is NOT is much higher.
    Any hoo, if this super HAWT investment had kept up with inflation after 4 years it should be worth at leat 482k, and that doesn’t even take into account realtor fees, taxes, etc etc etc.
    So, here is another timeless secret to gaining wealth: don’t buy a rapidly depreciating asset, (unless you are shorting it, of course)

    Nonsense! Put Pergo um, everywhere there’s not Pergo already, except the countertops, put granite on those – or faux-granite, no one will know the difference!

    and put pansies in the garden. And some pink plastic flamingos. Oh and one of those security stickers you get at the dollar store lol – Presto! You’ve added $100k of value!

    Now that you put it that way ESR I see the light: OF COURSE, I buy it at 469k bu then put Pergo, and faux-granite and plastic flamingos (and a gnome in the yard) and BINGO this investment’s value jumps to 569K or even 669k! Duh…. how long do you think it would take me to flip this jewel for a profit?
