What a sweet investment. Let's imagine for a second a rate of inflation of 2.5%/ year which is NOT is much higher. Any hoo, if this super HAWT investment had kept up with inflation after 4 years it should be worth at leat 482k, and that doesn't even take into account realtor fees, taxes, etc etc etc. So, here is another timeless secret to gaining wealth: don't buy a rapidly depreciating asset, (unless you are shorting it, of course) WOWWWW!
