“STORY BOOK” ON A CUL-DE-SAC NEAR DOWNTOWN SAN MATEO. 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH. CHARMING GARDEN AND PATIO.
Hm, what story does this remind you of? The 3 Little Pigs? Little Miss Riding Hood? Jack and the Beanstalk?
“I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow this house financed with a 0% down NegAm NINJA loan down!”
Fairy Tales of the New Century!

This trashy dump is not worth commenting on. Does anyone wish to see some of the central valley carnage and sacto as well? I will photo and post soon if there is any interest.
Happy New Year to All! Cheers to more assasinations!

3rd Gen, I’m interested as I often visit Sac for work. Burbed, I’m also interested to see the sales history on this “jewel” of a house.

Look at the lot size, LOL! That is less than a sixteenth of an acre!

It’s the story of a bunch of termites who got together and held hands……

You got it right burbed, 3 little pigs are living in there, until you blow them away, or they are foreclosed upon.

Sold 06/02/2004: $625,000
2007 Property Tax: $7,485
Even the Zestimates are putting all of the houses around it below $600,000. This guy is going to be eating it.

I have two suggestions for the seller:
raise the price to $888,888 and then to make it memorable PAINT IT PINK!
like the owner of this beauty in Stockton did.

It’s sheer PINKNESS makes it worth mentioning in the story book category of this post.
With a great price and a hand of paint there shall be one lucky pink buyer for it, thinking about pigs all the time.

The location’s not bad – on the “right” side of the tracks and halfway between B’game and downtown San Mateo – but that’s about all you can say for the place.

I’ve been checking out this funny blog to help put Seattle’s relatively dirt cheap housing prices in perspective. One thing I’ve learned: Seattle is NOT the Bay Area, and that’s why it does not deserve to be so expensive.
