Remodeled Home! Just like new! New Hardwood Floors in this beauty! You’ll love this one. Make an offer today.

Sure this house is surrounded by freeways – but let’s overlook childhood asthma for a minute and think: when you pay your $570,000 to own this Bay Area beauty, you’re actually serving a civic role.

That’s right.

These neighborhood houses actually serve as tethers for the local zeppelins.

Bet you didn’t know that. Now you do!

  1. Suzanne the new Divorce Attorney Says:

I guess the Realtors have moved from booze to coke to meth directly to raw medical grade ether…

There is nothing more shameful and disgusing as an Realwhore or FB/house ‘owner’ on an ether binge…

“Just like New” = “I’ll stop if it hurts honey”

Crash, Burn, DIE U PIGS. Jump from a HIGH place.

  2. ex-sunnyvale-renter Says:

Being surrounded by freeways is AMERICAN it shows an admiration for PROGRESS!

  3. sonarrat Says:

It’s actually not too close to either of the freeways, but it is WAY too close to both Alum Rock and King. Holy crap.. hope you speak Spanish, because you’re not going to be hearing too much of your mother tongue here.

  4. Real Estater Says:

    >>hope you speak Spanish, because you’re not going to be hearing too much of your mother tongue here.

Isn’t it odd that all of the Spanish speakers seem to be able to get by in the Bay Area, while all of you English speaking folks seem to be “priced out”?

  5. sonarrat Says:

If by “get by” you mean “use Section 8 vouchers and WIC coupons so they don’t need to actually contribute to the economy,” then yes, I suppose you’re right.

  6. burbed Says:

it’s an interesting point though… are engineers just to picky and demanding? should we all be more like the family that had 14 people living in the EPA house that burned down?

I guess there are signs of this changing if you believe those stories about multiple families living in cupertino houses…

  7. RealEstater Says:

I also see plenty of Spanish speakers in Redwood City, east part of Menlo Park and Mountain View. They all find ways to make a living. Why do policeman, firefighters, teachers, and other service people complain about not being able to make ends meet?

  8. DensityDuck Says:

Suzanne: I wouldn’t live in San Jose anyway with all these fucking lizards all over the place. The streets are soaked with blood an inch deep. HOLY JESUS, WHAT ARE THESE FILTHY ANIMALS?

  9. Area 51 Says:

East Side San Jo, Y Que!
In the heart of the barrio, I love it……..

Oh, Suzanne, are you the same realtor who “researched this”…..
