Does this house look familiar to you?

Well, it should! It was featured back in April 2007!

And with a dramatic price cut too! Now this house is affordable! Also, look at the new details: laundry room in the back of the house with separate entrance.

AMAZING.

There’s nothing I hate more than having a laundry room inside the house. It’s so disgusting and so inconvenient. I’d much rather go outside and around to use my laundry room.

But more importantly, this house is a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley - can you say “Coin op opportunity?” “Wash and fold opportunity?”

Get off your lazy ass. This is already a steal! Steal it and start your cash flow today!

i actually like the style of these kinds of homes, as IMO the perpendicular style has alot of potential, just not in this neighborhood.

  2. sonarrat Says:

Potential for ghetto wealth maybe. And it kinda looks like the whole house is on a giant carpet pad, notice that?

  3. mrbogue Says:

hey, the carpet matches the color of the house.

I used to work in East Palo Alto. Believe me, dont ever buy a house there. I would rather walk on the streets of Iraq knowing Al-Queda members are following me, than to walk on the streets of East Palo Alto.

Wow, look at that split-level design. Takes me back to my childhood, and then I start retching.

You gotta see this property on Redfin. Not only is the price another $10K lower, but they have more pictures. It’s like they’re pretending they’re selling a house, but they’re really saying STAY AWAY, THIS ONE’S BAD JUJU. From the completely unfocused shot of the living room and front door, to the bed with a spread but no slipcase on the pillow, to the back yard with a series of empty concrete pads (what is this place, NORAD-West?), this is where Spring Bounce will take you.

Is that an ivy on the left-hand corner of the outside wall?

  7. densityduck Says:

It’s like someone started building townhouses but stopped after only one unit.

  8. Target-Addict Says:

I just LOVE the fact that this house sits on a “gated good sized lot”. Gated? Gated from WHAT? I don’t see any gate, and the house looks pretty exposed to me.

  9. Priced-out Says:

Motivates Sellers: maybe jail time is looming for the owner. I wonder can you negotiate from prison? I wonder who would have the upper hand. I’ll lower offer to $200K but will bring a carton of Marlboros?

  10. ex-sunnyvale-renter Says:

That house does not provide concealment or cover.

It does provide a wonderful opportunity to lose $50k a year though, and in the end, isn’t that what it’s all about?
