It’s been a while since we’ve seen an eco friendly house, so here’s one. This house eliminates the need for wasteful watering and fertilizing, as the front yard has been paved over. Now you won’t be polluting streams and groundwater. You won’t be making our world toxic. You have more room for your fleet of Priuses and Ford Explorer Hybrids.
That said, I wonder why the house has smells from multiple pets - didn’t they just use the front y….
oh.
never mind.

That’s awesome. 700k+ to live in a place that smells like a barn.

Wow, that house is hella sweet. I’d bid 850K just to make sure I got it. I love the smell of urine in the morning. Smells like victory. The sweet victory of homeownership.

Now that’s a house albeit rundown I would buy if i have the money. have you guys noticed the house has a total of 11,500 sqr ft lot? that’s well worth it. You cant find a house with that much land nowadays.
$800K is well worth it. i would spend $100K to upgrade and renovate like brand new again.

House does not exist for this ID - looks like someone already snapped it up! OMG!

Really good value for the money. Compare it to 2831 Whipple, Redwood City which is a similarly desirable area.. that’s a 2/1 of 1290 sf on a 7300 sf lot which faces a hospital’s loading dock.

That place needs someone artistic…. .to paint fake shell holes on the house and driveway, what a yuk that would be!! And set up some dummies with fake M16s etc looking out of the windows, hey your own full-size Falluja diorama!
War Nerd, this place is for you!

If Pralay chimes in about the joy of watering your lawn again, I’m driving him back to India myself.

If you are talking about “driving” your boat (what else could be? because this continent has no land connection with India), there will be lot of water on the way. Don’t forget to Fed-Ex them in barrels. They will useful to get “joy of watering” in coming dry months.

It was a joke. You’re really annoying sometimes.

I think it’s sold or at least pending per redfin.
Yeesh burbed, you ran this property of unobtanium but not the one I sent ya, just cuz it’s pending.
I actually found a 94087 property listed for $600K. Yes, $600K. Of course it’s pending. Here’s one for (cough) $785K. The only cheaper one is just a 3/1.

burbed, comment above needs to be un-moderated (probably because I put 3 links in it). Grrr.

Unmoderated. I’ll look into raising the limit to 4.
